Pricing
Calendly's free tier limits you to one event type and removes integrations like Outlook sync. Their paid plans start at around $10 per seat per month. MyKalen's scheduling core is free for all users with no event type limits, full calendar sync, and no per-seat fees. An AI secretary add-on is coming that will be paid, but the scheduling itself will always be free.
Calendar integrations
Both tools support Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. MyKalen gives you two-way sync on the free tier: it reads your busy times to block slots and writes new bookings back to your calendar. Calendly restricts some sync features to paid tiers.
Video conferencing
MyKalen generates Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links automatically for every confirmed booking, at no cost. Calendly offers the same but gates some conferencing integrations behind paid plans.
