What we collect
We collect the account details you provide when you sign in (name and email via your identity provider), the calendars you connect, and the bookings made through your link. We store this to run your scheduling.
Calendar access
When you connect Google or Outlook we read your busy times to avoid double-booking and create events for confirmed bookings. We only use this access to provide the scheduling features and never sell your data.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to operate MyKalen: showing availability, confirming bookings, sending notifications, and securing your account. It is scoped per user and never shared with other tenants.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account data at any time. Disconnecting a calendar revokes our access immediately. For requests, contact the address in your account settings.
